prk97 Terms & Conditions – Your Agreement With Our Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you ") and prk97 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through prk97, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users of prk97, regardless of the device used to access the platform. Players accessing prk97 from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or anywhere else are equally subject to these Terms without exception.

If you are accessing prk97 on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms, you are doing so on their behalf.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an account on prk97, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. prk97 enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will request documentary evidence of age as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• You are registering voluntarily and of your own accord, and you are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, another person for the purposes of gambling.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing prk97 complies with all applicable laws in your country or region of residence.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from prk97 or had an account closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of prk97, nor a close family member of such a person.

Each player may only register one account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — are subject to immediate closure. Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at prk97's discretion.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your prk97 account credentials, including your username and password. prk97 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify prk97 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that all information provided during registration and KYC verification is accurate, current, and complete.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised such activity.

prk97 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on prk97 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank as approved payment methods. prk97 does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit amount via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is Rs 200. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers may differ and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. prk97 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• prk97 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity verification, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declarations.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within one hour; bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take one to three business days.
• prk97 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which prk97 accepts no responsibility.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your prk97 account in error, you are obligated to notify customer support immediately. prk97 reserves the right to reverse any erroneous transaction without prior notice.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

prk97 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international sports fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion's detail page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded game types may void the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• prk97 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or misuse.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being subject to review.

06 Gameplay Rules

prk97 provides access to a range of casino and sports betting products, including live dealer tables, RNG-based slots and table games, sports betting markets, and speciality games. The following rules apply universally across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. prk97 will not reverse a bet placed in error by the player.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet settlement, prk97's game logs constitute the definitive record. Disputes will be resolved using server-side data.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be subject to change without advance notice.
• prk97 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds or on markets that were published in error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's prk97 wallet.
• RNG game outcomes are determined by certified software that produces statistically random results. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events — card draws, ball drops, wheel spins — captured in real time on camera.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on prk97 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one prk97 account, including accounts registered under different names or contact details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the prk97 platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using prk97 deposits and withdrawals to transfer illicit funds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing the prk97 customer support system through harassment, threats, or misrepresentation.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account, regardless of whether you have provided consent.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the prk97 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of prk97 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any prk97 content without prior written consent from prk97. Unauthorised use of prk97's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, prk97 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to system downtime, technical failures, or connectivity interruptions.
• Errors in odds, game results, or market settlements that were published in good faith and subsequently corrected.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

prk97's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

prk97 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on prk97, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

prk97 applies industry-standard encryption to all personal and financial data transmitted through the platform. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, or fraud prevention services where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

11 Termination

prk97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is engaging in, or has engaged in, fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account would expose prk97 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, prk97 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated, any remaining balance net of bonus funds will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

12 Amendments to These Terms

prk97 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, prk97 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. For significant amendments, prk97 may additionally notify registered players via the email address on file.
